Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Peony Pop Beauty. We want every customer to feel comfortable when placing an order with us. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the information below.

Return Eligibility

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. The product should include its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Because our products may include beauty, skincare, or personal care items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
6. Returns sent without approval from our support team

Please include your order number, the product you would like to return, and a brief reason for your request. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will send return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Peony Pop Beauty is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order shortly after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@peonypop.online](mailto:support@peonypop.online).

We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Peony Pop Beauty.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
